I graduated from BYU this past April in Mathematics Education and this will be my first year teaching! I was a Teaching Assistant for Math 110 College Algebra at BYU, I have tutored many individuals in math varying from beginning algebra to calculus, I have worked as a tutor at local tutoring companies helping students K-12, and I completed my student teaching in a 7th grade classroom at Diamond Fork Jr High School.
Some of my favorite things to do are dancing, playing the piano and being in the mountains. I love hiking, camping and going on backpacking trips. I also love traveling and the Latin culture!
I wanted to be a teacher because I am passionate about helping other people see their potential and reach it. Nothing makes me feel better than to help someone see what they are capable of doing with hard work and diligence. Math is hard work and it takes diligence, but I'm excited to help your students discover just how well they can really do and how good they can really be!
